We take the protection of your personal data seriously. To guarantee that you are fully aware of the collection and usage of personal data on our websites, please read the following information carefully.

You can visit our websites without telling us who you are. Personal data (such as your name or your email address) will only be collected if technically necessary, as explained here. We will only collect personal data provided explicitly by you for each purpose, for example through your registration. We will not disclose your personal data to third parties without your express permission. We will only disclose your personal data to state authorities and institutions in accordance with the law or if we are legally obliged to do so.

Personal data that you have provided to us will be kept for the period of time currently stipulated by law and subsequently deleted.

We will protect your personal data from unauthorised access, usage and publication. We will keep your information in a secure, controlled atmosphere, with restricted access and publication. Our employees are bound to secrecy.

Tools used for web analysis and advertising comply with article 6, paragraph 1, letter f, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for the need- based design of websites, and safeguard the justifiable need of those responsible. The same is true of forms which must process data in order to answer customer enquiries. The rights of the claimant are protected by the use of special functions (e.g. automatic anonymisation).

Should we employ third parties to carry out specific tasks or services, they will only have access to your personal data as needed to complete their tasks. These service providers are obliged to process your personal data according to this declaration and the data protection laws. Google Tag Manager

This website uses Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketed website tags to be managed using an interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not register personal data. The tool causes other tags to be activated which may, for their part, register data under certain circumstances. Google Tag Manager does not access this information. If recording has been deactivated on domain or cookie level, this setting will remain in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.

Visiting our website

When you visit our website, your internet browser automatically transfers protocol information to our web server. This includes your browser type and version, date and time of the visit, URL of the referring website and files you open. This data is saved separately from other data you may provide whilst using our services. It is impossible for us to allocate this data to a specific person and it is only used for statistical purposes.

Personal data is only collected when you provide it whilst doing one of the following.

Linking an Amazon account

E PWR provides customers the opportunity to optimise their Amazon campaigns and maintain visibility of their campaigns using a variety of diverse reporting. Linking an Amazon account is required for this purpose. The following data is queried from this account and displayed in E PWR: name, email address. Displaying this data serves to identify the account both for the customer and the support team so that problem can be resolved quicker should they occur. The account linkage can be cancelled at any time and data associated data will be deleted.

Contact form

We use data provided by you in the contact form, such as first name, surname, company, telephone number or email address in order to communicate with you individually. Please note that data transfer may not be encrypted, and confidential information should therefore not be sent in the contact form.

Newsletter registration

When registering for our newsletter, you must tell us your email address, and possibly your name, company and telephone number. We only use and collect this data to send you the newsletter. The newsletter contains information about our company and our products. You can cancel the newsletter at any time.

Downloading ressourcen

You can request case studies, white papers, speakings and similar products on our website. You may need to provide your name, surname, company, telephone number and email address for this. This data is automatically transferred to Hubspot. When you fill this form in, the selected documents are sent to your email as a PDF, or our team will contact you if you so requested. You agree to receive information about other documents, white papers and product news from emarketing at your given contact details. You can revoke this agreement at any time via email at info@e-pwr.io.

Participating in competitions

If you provide personal data during voluntary participation in a competition organised by emarketing, this will be used to design and complete the competition. Depending on the competition, this can include your name, email address and, in case of winning, your postal address.

Webinar participation

We regularly organise free webinars using the “GoToWebinar” software. The registration process requires you to give your name, company, job title, email address, postcode and telephone number. This data is only used internally and will not be given to third parties.

Error tracking

E PWR app uses Sentry.io error tracking, which collects information regarding runtime errors and crashes.

If E PWR app crashes, an error report is sent to Sentry.io servers and E PWR app prompts you to send more information. This is deemed useful to E PWR app development and by downloading and using the app, you agree to this doing so. If you do not agree, do not use this application. Registration and Chat

We use the third-party provider Intercom (https://www.intercom.com/) when establishing contact between emarketing or E PWR and individual users (e.g. through chat, support, when signing up or via our contact form). The data you provide, including name, surname, company, position, telephone number or email address will only be saved and used to contact you. Please note that data transfer may not be encrypted, and confidential information should therefore not be sent in the contact form.

Intercom helps us better understand our services. In particular, we provide Intercom Inc, 55 2^nd St, 4^th floor, San Francisco, CA 94105, with a limited amount of your information (email address, date of registration) and use them to collect data for analysis when you visit our website or use products on our website. Intercom analyses your use of our website and/or E PWR and follows our interactions, so that we can improve our service for you. We can also use Intercom as a communication medium, either via email or news within our products. As part of our service agreement, Intercom collects publicly available contact and social information about you, such as your email address, sex, company, job title, photos, website URLs, social networks and physical addresses, in order to improve your user experience when using our websites and products.  Processing imported data (login necessary)

To help us analyse, process and show imported data, we use Microsoft PowerBI, a product of the Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399 (“Microsoft”). Primarily, this concerns non- personalised data, imported through marketplace APIs and processed for the user. emarketing explicitly points out that it is not responsible for obtaining data usage rights for websites and marketplaces controlled by third parties and will not accept responsibility for such. Web analysis and advertising

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google Inc. („Google“). Google Analytics uses so-called „cookies“, text files which are saved on your computer, allowing us to analyse how you use our website, with the aim of evaluating the appeal of our website and how we can improve performance and content. The information created by the cookie about your website usage is usually stored on a Google server in the USA. If an IP anonymisation is active on the website, your IP address will be shortened by Google inside member states of the European Union and others partner states of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will your full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and then shortened.

Under the authority of the providers of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your usage of the website, to compile reports about website activity and deliver further services concerning website usage and internet use to the website provider. The IP address submitted to Google Analytics from your browser will not be added to other Google data. intelliAd Tracking

This website uses the Bid Management web analysis service of diva-e Products GmbH, Sendlinger Str. 7, 80331 Munich. For the needs-based design and optimisation of this website, anonymised user data is collected and aggregated. User profiles are also created from this data using pseudonyms. When using intelliAd tracking, cookies are saved locally. The anonymised user data and profiles may be used by the website provider and other intelliAd customers in order to identify user interests without being able to recognise you as a website user. Sizmek (previously Rocket Fuel)
