We will only collect personal data provided explicitly by you for each purpose, for example through your registration. We will not disclose your personal data to third parties without your express permission. Should we employ third parties to carry out specific tasks or services, they will only have access to your personal data as needed to complete their tasks. These service providers are obliged to process your personal data according to this declaration and the data protection laws. By using this website, you agree that data provided by you will be used for the purposes expressed in this declaration.

Google Tag Manager

This website uses Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketed website tags to be managed using an interface. The tool causes other tags to be activated which may, for their part, register data under certain circumstances. Google Tag Manager does not access this information. If recording has been deactivated on domain or cookie level, this setting will remain in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.

This data declaration supplements the general term and conditions, available under, of emarketing AG for the E PWR product.

For information on the subject of data protection, as well as for objections or complaints you can contact our data protection officer Patrick Radzewitz (
